For Operator-cum-Technician Trainee (OCTT): The candidate must have passed 10th Class and three years Diploma in Engineering in respective discipline from a recognized institute.
For Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler Operation): The candidate must have passed Matriculation/10th Class and Diploma in Engineering (three years) with Boiler Attendant Competency from a recognized institute.

For ACT Trainee: Rs.150/-
For OCT Trainee & OCT Boiler Operation: Rs.250/-
Departmental candidates:
Rs.50/- for all the posts.
SC, ST and PWD candidates:
