MU OET 2016 Application Form: MU-OET is the all India Entrance Exam for getting admission of UG & PG programmes in the Sikkim Manipal University for various department such as Engineering (B.Tech), Medical(MBBS MD/MS), Management (MBA), Nursing, Applied Science, Physiotherapy.

Candidates seeking admission in Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok can apply through website. Candidates can apply for the B Tech course in three ways through JEE All India Score, SMIT offline test, and MO OET 2016 Online Entrance Test. MU-OET Applicaton Form 2016 is also available for MBBS admission separately.

MU OET Online Application 2016:

Candidates should clear the Online Entrance Test 2016 for to get seat in the SMU University. Online Applicants should read the instructions carefully while applying for MU OET Application Form 2016. Candidates should upload scanned passport size photograph and scanned signature while applying for the Entrance Exam. Both should be in JPG format and 200 KB in size & 200X200 pixel dimension.

BBA/MSc/BArch	If Application form download from website, they should Take DD of 600 for exam fee and also it can collect from Bank.	Rs.600 by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking
BSc/MSc/BA/BCom/MA/MCom	Rs.600 for Prospect (Direct Admission)
Medical
MBBS	If Application download from website, Take DD of Rs.2600 {Rs.600 for prospectus + Rs.2000 for exam} and If it collected from Bank, Take DD of Rs.2000.	Rs.600 + Rs.2000 by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking

NOTE: The Deman Draft should be drawn in favour of "Sikkim Manipal University" payable at "Gangtok". Registration Fees once remitted should not be refunded under any circumstances.

Instructions to fill Offline MU OET 2016 Application Form:

• Fill the Application form in English (Capital letters) by BLUE or BLACK ball point pen.
• Candidates should have the photocopies of 10th, 12th mark sheets and other certificates printed only in A4 size paper.
• Application number should be written at the top of all photocopies and at the back side of the Demand Draft.
• Candidates should not staple all enclosures documents with the application form except DD.
• The Duly filled Application Form sent by Speed post or Courier to the Admission Officer, SMU University, Gangtok.
