Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya(RGPV) was established in 1998 Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Act 13, 1998 and this is the State Technological University. Under the University there are 5 UDT, 219 affiliated Engineering BE Colleges, 87 Pharmacy Colleges, 80 MCA Colleges and 05 Architecture Colleges and 85 Polytechnic institutions are found. This is the largest Technical University in MP.
