Age Limit:
The maximum age of the candidate must not exceed 25 years (i.e. The candidate must be born on 01.10.1990 or after).
Relaxation in Upper Age will be applicable as per Government Rules to Reserved category candidates (i.e. SC, ST, PH etc.).
Eligibility of Place:
The candidate must be belong to Rajasthan State. The candidate of out of Rajasthan is NOT eligible to apply for RPET 2016 Examination.
Educational Qualification:
The candidate must have passed 12th Class/10+2 (HSC) in Science stream from Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education with at least 45% Marks. The candidate of Reserved category (SC & ST) should have 40% Minimum Marks.
The candidate who is going to complete 10+2/12th Class in Science stream in March/April 2016, are also eligible to apply for RPET 2016.
Other Requirements:
The candidate applying for RPET 2016, must have Physics and Mathematics as subjects in 10+2/12th Class (HSC).
Application Fee:
All the candidates have to pay Rs.800/- as Fee, plus applicable charges on Payment.
The Application Fee is to be paid through CSC Kiosk (Online).

For Post Graduate Course (LLM):
The candidate must have passed Graduation/Degree in LLB or Five Years Integrated LLB Degree or Equivalent from a recognized university with not less than 55% Marks. The Reserved category candidates are required to have 50% Marks.
The candidates who are going to complete the Graduation/Degree in LLB in April 2016 can also apply for CLAT 2016. The candidates who have completed the LLB Degree through Supplementary/Compartment Examination or Repeat Examination, are also eligible to apply for CLAT 2016.
Application Fee:
The candidates belonging SC and ST categories are required to pay Rs.3500/- as CLAT 2016 Application/Examination Fee. All other candidates will have to pay Rs.4000/-.
The Application Fee can be paid through Online as well as Offline mode. The CLAT 2016 Application Fee is Nonrefundable.
